I switched ISP accounts, but kept the same email address. How do I change my Mac's Mail account to point to the new ISP account? (Went from POP to Exchange)

Since the previous account was POP, mail from that account will under “On My Mac” in Mail, and therefore independent from the account itself.

All you have to do is delete the old account in System Preferences->Internet Accounts, and add the new one.
