i have purchased a used iPhone from a shop in Dubai and now after resting its asking for previous id and password means the last owners id. i dont know him and the shopkeeper is also not helping me what should i do know. shopkeeper is saying previous owner is not with us or he is not giving his id to remove from find my device then how should we resolve issue.
Return that device and ask for a refund.
There's nothing else you can do. Without those credentials, that iPhone is useless to you.

That shop owner should not even be selling devices they know will never be useable by anyone. That is fraud.
