I’ve been away from apple for about 6yrs now. Just got the iPhone 11 Pro Max and its all set up using my old iTunes/iCloud sign-in info, but I can’t access my iCloud or when I tap my device in settings/account info. I can’t remember or reset the security questions. Not even sure if any are right or which are wrong. It won’t reset them, not enough info! See attached screenshot. Please help
If you cannot reset your security questions and cannot gain access to your account, you may have to consider account recovery - Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
