Internet radio and Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5

After upgrading to 10.15.5, the possibility to listen to internet radios has been restricted to pasting the URL into "Opean Stream URL". Does anyone know an easier way? Apple says one can do a search using the search field, but that search function only searches into the Music library or iTunes.

It was so easy before to select "Internet Radios" and choose one.

I've made a web page that lists the Internet radio stations from iTunes that are not listed in Music and describes how you can access them in the new app. Hopefully you can find what you're looking for at iTunes | Internet Radio.
