How ca I use Health app to track my cycling distance?

Do you have an Apple Watch? If so, you can use the Cycling workout to track your cycling distance which will sync to the Health app. Take a look at this article for more info:


Workout types on Apple Watch


If you don’t have an Apple Watch, you can add another data source to help you track your distance. Open the Health app and tap on Browse at the bottom. Tap Activity, then Cycling Distance and scroll down to look for apps that can help with this. You can also use other devices that are compatible with Health app as well. Take a look at some of the options available here:
