Everything transferred except my email

The icon is the e-mail client app.

You need to set your e-mail account up before you can use it in

Settings > Passwords & Accounts > under Account section, tap Add Account to setup your e-mail account.

You need the configurations details from your e-mail provider.

You need to re-add your e-mail account in Settings>Passwords&Accounts....

When done, open the Mail app...

if you are using IMAP protocol, you e-mail should be transferring from your e-mail server when you setup your account.

Most e-mail clients uses

IMAP = Internet Message Access Protocol
