AirDrop not working after 13.6 update

I have tried everything but can’t get airdrop to work with iPhone or Mac from my iPad Pro.

is there a fix

If you’ve already “tried everything”, then there’s very little that we can offer in the way of additional suggestions.


However, if you share exactly what you have actually attempted - and the results that you see - then perhaps we can offer some additional guidance.


In the meantime, while you compile some information with which we can assist you with diagnosis, you might find that a forced-restart may resolve the problem - as doing so often resolves an isolated issue:


  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On an iPad with Face ID: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
