IPad Pro v4 no Wallet APP icon

I can access Apple Wallet on my new iPad Pro in settings but I have no icon for it outside of settings. . How do I get the icon to appear as an app ?

Also no icon for Wallet in iCloud settings.

There is no actual Wallet app for iPad.

A facsimile of the the Wallet app functions are setup in the Settings app under the Wallet and Apple Pay settings.

For iPad, there is NO Wallet app, Health app or calculator app
