How can I reset my phone with out access to a computer?

Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. They should be able to assist you there.
OK. Then your choices are:
- Wait for Apple Stores to open.
- Visit an Authorized Apple Service Center.
- Purchase a computer with iTunes or a Mac.
All the apple stores are closed where i live 😔
