Apple TV Subscription Menu problem

I am trying to manage an Apple TV subscription (Flobikes) but when I try to click the "Subscription" bar all I get is a rotating circle. Any ideas?

You can manage your subscriptions, as billed through Apple, on any of your Apple devices or iTunes on a PC, if you have connection issues on one of your devices. Or contact Apple Support if you have none of these options.

Consider updating your system software, if this quote is accurate. FloSports may require up-to-date software.

tvOS 10 was current in 2016–2017.
