missing mail folders (POP account)

my drafts folder & trash folder are not visible in apple mail; if i search for something in drafts, the email shows. & i can search for the folders themselves (for both POP accounts), and they show in the search window... but nowhere else.

i can't rebuild them as they're not there in the sidebar!

any ideas? thanks

just one folder of saved mail in Apple Mail is missing I use Apple Mail. After reading emails in by inbox, I trash ones I don't need and I save ones I do need in probably 20 folders. One of those folders is suddenly missing. I've searched discussion forums and found questions for users who have lost ALL folders, but that's not my problem. I see lots of my normal folders in their normal order. But one is missing. To show you what I mean, one mailbox used to be right here... Ideas? How can I get it back? It's possible I'm missing another one or two that I haven't noticed yet, but right now I think it's just one. And the saved messages in the folders I have seem right. thanks, --JS

Apple Mail Folders Disappear Upon Recent Update to Monterey Just reinstalled Monterey to reduce crashing of some apps and now Personal Folders disappeared in Apple Mail. Any thoughts? Thank you. Best, Patrick

Mail preview showing the same preview for different messages Hello, I'm having problems with Apple Mail. When I scroll through emails in a folder (some of which are an ongoing "conversation") the same content is show in the preview window. If I double-click on them, the actual email is shown. But it takes a long time to search and defeats the point of having a preview window. I've tried "rebuilding" mailboxes, but it doesn't fix the problem. Also, some emails are missing from a folder to which I had dragged them. If I search by sender, I find the missing messages, but they are in a folder called "Important". I think I used to have a folder called "Important" but I don't anymore. Any ideas? Thank you.

i got the drafts folder, by adding it to favorites, will try this with trash as well. so all is well (enough).
