Using 2 iPhones
I am wanting to use 2 phones one for work and one for personal, Is it possible I can use 2 iPhones separately receiving calls and texts on both without having to get an additional SIM card

No. In order to make and receive calls, your device requires a sim-card.

Right okay thanks doesn’t iCloud linking allow phone calls to come through both devices
