How do I turn off find my iPhone on a damaged (not working) phone if it doesn't show up on find my iPhone?

I recently damaged my phone to the point where it doesn't turn on, in order to get a new one it says I need to turn off Find My iPhone, however, it is not showing up in the "All Devices" tab. What should I do since I do not have a way to turn it off?
