Why can’t I add bank accounts or debit or credit cards from my banks in Puerto Rico?
Popular has Samsung Pay for it clients. I’ve ask the bank, and they tell me it’s because of Apple.
It could be great in this time of Covid-19, to have Apple's Pay service on your side.

If the bank is not on this list - Apple Pay participating banks - Apple Support there is nothing anyone one here can do. We are fellow users like you. Apple is not here.
