My Icloud drive (windows folder) not syncing to Cloud

Even though I am signed in, my Icloud folder (windows 10) does not sync to the icloud drive.

  1. Sign out and log in again
  2. Update the iCloud for Windows app
  3. Update Windows PC
  4. Check available storage space on iCloud
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iCloud for Windows
