Hey Nanquame,

We see that you're not seeing auto-brightness option under your Accessibility settings, and we'd like to help!

The auto-brightness should be under the Accessibility settings even with iOS 13.7. Are you checking under Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size?

Assuming you're having this issue with an iPhone, try restarting your device to see if it helps: Restart your iPhone

Please note: If you have an iPod touch 7th generation, it doesn't support auto-brightness feature.

Let us know how it goes.

Warm regards.
