iPhone X acting like android

I just got this phone as a gift , and it looks like a iPhone , even says it’s an iPhone but Apple store is google play , safari is google , the emojis are from android, how do I fix this ?

You have what's commonly referred to as an "iPhoney".

It's an Android device packaged to look like an iPhone. You can't "fix" it.

You have a counterfeit iPhone.
