I cannot get my Mac to boot up past the progress bar screen. I have turned it off and restarted, tried to restart in safe mode, nothing works. It only gets fills the progress bar, but never goes past that screen.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

My iMac will not complete loading when starting I started my iMac as usual and there was a download required and I was asked to restart the computer, but on restarting it will not complete the loading and appears stuck at the end of the loading bar.

iMac Pro will not load Just installed 10.15.3 computer loads, I put my password and the computer stuck at full line without loading trying to get into safe mode (shift) and it does not work unfortunately, don’t have a back up... many idea on how to fix this ?
