I have access to my work calendar on two iPhones having linked the phones to my Microsoft Exchange account.
As well as my own work calendar I have access to colleagues calendars on the phones but I want to remove them.
If I ‘delete’ on my iPhones this won’t effect their own access via their own devices will it? I’m concerned that I’ll delete and they’ll lose access.

Depends who has ownership over the calendar. If it's yours, you will remove all access and lose the calendar. If they have ownership you will only remove yourself.
