Activation problem

The sim card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a service provider that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server this is not a hardware issue with the iPhone please iPhone be unlocked by your service provider

The phone is carrier locked.


Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.

Contact them.

If you don't know what carrier it's locked to, ask whoever you got the phone from or call AppleCare and give them the serial number.
