How do i get my Iphone 6 plus to update from ios to 12.4.8 to the ios 13 when in itunes it tells me my ios is up to date but when trying to connect my series 3 watch it tells me my phone needs ios update an kicks me straight to the manually update then bounces to my ios is up to date?
iPhone 6 Plus
The iPhone 6 Plus is too old and it's internal hardware is too outdated in order to support iOS 13 and iOS 14. The phone just doesn't have enough RAM.
Therefore, it's stuck on iOS 12.4.8 and it cannot be upgraded further, making it not compatible with the Apple Watch Series 3, as that one requires iOS 13 by now.
Nothing you can do, you need a new iPhone first (that supports iOS 13).
The iPhone 6 Plus can not be upgraded further.
Are there plans to update iPhone 6 to allow us to download the NHS track and trace app?
I'll highly doubt it. The iPhone 6 is just too old now at this point.
You are better off with a new, current-gen iPhone.
