my XR iphone screen is frozen
tried multiple time to hold volume up, down and power button… but it did not work!

Your gestures might be wrong. Please retry, following the instructions provided in this support article:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support at section "If your screen is black or frozen", keeping in mind that, after pressing and quickly releasing your volume buttons, you must press and hold the side (power) button until you see the Apple Logo (it might take also 30-45 seconds).
