recovering iphone without loosing data

forgot my passcode. so was thinking of doing recovery with itunes but i dont want to loose file on my phone was not able to do back up

Unfortunately if your phone is disabled it is too late to save your data. Hopefully you have a recent backup that you can use to restore most of your information. See here for what to do: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
