Silence options......

How do you not silence the phone when it is locked. I settings/do not disturb, the only choices for silence: "always" or "only while iphone is locked". How do you keep the silent feature off when the phone is locked.

Those two options are only applicable when Do Not Disturb is turned on. If Do Not Disturb is off then it doesn't matter which of those two choices are selected.
