Log in to wifi failed

When I attempt to log into my wifi connection, a program called captive.apple.com opens that is a blank window and only allows me to cancel which will return me to wifi login. Can not find anything about this issue anywhere. Can anyone help?

Cannot connect to my wifi. Instead the screen goes to captive.apple.com and tells me it is paused. I cannot connect to my wifi. The screen automatically goes to captive.apple.com and say that it is paused.

Error opening page When i open my wifi connection i cannot connect instead a message from captive.apple.com appears that says "Error opening page. Hotspot login cannot open the page because too many redirects occured.

Try -- If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support.
