Why can't I load music from CDs that I have bought and loaded onto my IMAC to my iPhone?

How do I get my CD imports to show up on my other devices? I have a MacBook Pro (OS Big Sur) & I have all my music on my computer itunes (Music) account. My music is part iTunes bought and partly imported from CDs. But all the CD music aren't showing up on my other devices (iPhones, iPad, or Apple TV). Can you tell me how I can get all my music to show up on my other devices especially my iPhone?
