After I had update my iPhone the camera mirror flip option isn’t in my setting at all and I don’t know if it’s cause I have a iPhone X

Yes, it is not a feature available on iPhone X.
Refer to the answers above. However, you can edit your photos to be mirrored after you take the photo. Just press "edit" and press the square with the line through it.
