I can not get into my phone due to not knowing my password.

The lock screen passcode? See instructions in If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

The Apple ID/iCloud password? If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. You will need a computer for this task and all your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
