Purchase Date not Validated

Hello everyone,

I just bought my brandnew macbook pro 13" 2019 two days ago and I was not able to check my serial number. It kept saying the "purchase date not validated". I bought it from Future World store (Apple Premium Reseller) in Vietnam. I already contacted the store in Vietnam and they told me to wait. I can't call Apple support since I am currently in Vietnam. I would like to ask do you know how long do I really need to wait?
