Silenced calls

After the latest update all my calls unless they are from my list of favorites are being silenced, the DND is not on and the toggle on the side is up. Any help would be nice

Is it possible that Silence Unknown Callers is set to ON?

Open Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Silence Unknown Callers : Set this to OFF.
