Here’s what Apple states about an unrecognized purchase:

If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


Failing that, check with the folks that work at Apple.

Use the Contact Support link in the upper right, then Billing & Subscriptions.
