I have a late 2012 iPad 4th gen. It's current OS is 10.3. I want to update the iPad, but it won't let me. It just keeps saying that the thing is up to date. It's not. Hoe do I get it to accept an update to the current OS?

The iPad 4th generation cannot upgrade to iOS 11. It is as upgraded as it can be. When you get that message in the settings, it is always correct.
