how do I connect my disabled Iphone SE to iTunes on my MacBook Air?

If your MacBook Air still has iTunes, that means you are not using the current operating system. Consider upgrading before proceeding.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
