My iPad says Disabled

My iPad says disabled connect to iTunes but I can’t

iPad Pro, iPadOS 13

Why?

If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.

If you have a computer running the updated version of iTunes, you need to perform the specific gestures (while connecting your device to the computer) listed here:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled
