I can't back up with iTunes.

Hello, my device is iPhone 6s running iOS 14.0.1. I don't know whether it's because of the update, but I can't get my device backup up using iTunes since I updated iOS 14. When I run the back up procedure, the process bar on top of iTunes keeps scrolling and the back up won't start. I tried another device and the process went well. Can anyone tell me how to deal with it?
