I want to track my iphone but the phone is turned off so "find my" is no really helpful. are there any other ways to track it? I have the box of the product that has serial number on it

If your stolen/lost iPhone cannot make an internet connection to broadcast its location then you cannot locate it through any app including Find My. At that point, once can only find the iPhone by looking for it physically.
