How do I recover safari on iPhone

I don't believe you can delete Safari. On your home screen, if you swipe left continually until you get to the App Library.. Search for Safari or pull down and scroll thru the alphabetical list of apps.. once you locate Safari, tap/hold/drag it back onto your home screen

Safari is part of the iOS system and cannot be deleted. What you have on your iPhone is what you get. Are there issues that you are facing with Safari?
