Warranty Process

I'd like to know if I bought iPhone 12 series from Singapore, that iPhone Service region would support in Myanmar Authorized Service Center? Because today, I asked Authorized Service Center in Myanmar, they told me like that "If your iPhone model A#### is not same as their lists, we cannot. We are not looking ZP/A LL/A or something like that" at that case I like to know they also sell ZP/A LL/A anyway..... why can't support if our iPhone model was not same their recorded model number A####. Is that true? Thank You for your support.

Yes I understand your answer. But I means I'd like to buy and carry from Singapore to Myanmar. Myanmar Authorized Service Center can support Hardware or Software warranty if would happen any issue. If they cannot support why Authorized. I want to know that. Authorized means they will give service for all the official warranty device from anywhere right?
