If I have Final Cut Pro Studio, how do I upgrade to Final Cut Pro X?

I have Final Cut Pro 7 Studio 3 HD. Do I have to fully purchase Final Cut Pro X, Motion and Compressor?

There is no upgrade path. They are quite separate, and quite different applications, well, Compressor isn’t.
