Old iCloud contents in new subscription?

What happens to my iCloud contents when I change to a new country and stop my subscription in the old country and start a new one in the new country?

What happens to my iCloud+ photos & files if I move to a new country? I currently have 2 TB iCloud+ subscription. And my iCloud data is very huge. I've got to know that apple will not allow to change the App Store country until I cancel my current subscriptions and use my Apple Credits. What happens to my files in icloud (I'm using icloud+ ) when I change countries? Does icloud count as a subscription? I'm trying to change countries on my apple ID. I've read that I should spend all of my credit and cancel all of the subscriptions. I remembered that I have a family shared icloud+ with loads of important files there. I was wondering if I'll still have access to my files once I've changed countries? PS I've recently moved to a new country and bought a kettle here. The kettle has an app for remote control but I cannot download the app bc it's not available in my country.

Apple ID country change and iCloud If I change country/region of my apple id, will the contents in my iCloud be deleted? I know that all the downloaded contents on my phone (i.e Apple Music and Apple TV), and i’m fine with that, but I want to ensure if the same thing happens to whatever’s in iCloud (i.e documents, photos, saved passwords, etc) Also, if I download apps from App store from different country (say Japan) and change my country setting back to the U.S., would I still get to update those apps from Japanese App store? I know I get to keep using them as long as they are saved on my phone but wonder if those keep receiving the latest updates. thank you.

Your current subscriptions will be discontinued before moving/changing country/region.
