Cellular Order for Apps

Is there some way we can re-order the list of apps under the cellular section in settings? Personally, I do not have all of them ‘on’ as it drains the battery. But, when I know ahead of time I want to enable an app for cellular and take care of whatever I need/want. But, it is annoying having to scroll through and search for the app I want to temporarily turn on for cellular access because they are not in alphabetical order.

Any advice on how to do this, or how to present it to Apple as a suggestion, would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

On the Home Screen, yes, but not that I can find under Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data

The list under cellular data is not alphabetical and I do not see or know of a way it can be alphabetized.
