Scheduling a text message

We love apple and all that it offers but there is one thing that we think could really benefit every user of iPhone. If there was a function in the messages app that you could schedule a text message to be sent in the future it would be amazing! Oftentimes I look at my phone at night and want to text someone but it's too late to text them right then so being able to schedule the message for the morning would be great! I imagine It would not be a hard feature just to add to the messages app. I do not understand why they have not added it yet. Who do we need to reach out to to get this little feature added?
