Apple has been charging me for years since 2015 for an old icloud account. I no longer have that apple ID. I have tried to cancel the account several times. Every time I call the phone number attached to the bank charge the automated system give me a website to report the problem.
It took me forever to create an account on here, just to be able to type this message . So frustrating, please help me.
