Transferring Purchases to an Existing Apple ID

Hi all!

I recently moved out from my parents, and I want to separate off from their app store account. I already have my own Apple ID set up, and I use it for everything but the app store on my phone. Is there any way to set my own Apple ID for the App Store while still keeping all the purchases I've made (at least the ones that are currently on my phone)?
