How can I block spam calls all from same area code and exchange prefix, e.g., (208)721-XXXX but with a different last 4 digits on each incoming call? When I manually block one call from this spammer it doesn't stop the spammer when he uses a different last 4 digits each time
I use Settings > iPhone > Silence Unknown Callers. It has been 100% effective and there is no need to block individual calls. See Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
