iPhone Emergency Alerts

Is there any way to view older emergency alerts on iPhone? I have an iPhone 11 running ios 14 and noticed that on my moms android phone she could read older emergency alerts using her settings. I am not trying to view an emergency alert that I received today but I was wondering if there was any way I could read emergency alerts like COVID and amber alerts that I have received weeks and months ago like my los android phone. The only answer I saw was for an outdated version of IOS.
