My battery capacity is 93% does it have any effect on my phone

Your Battery's Maximum Capacity is at 93%. Your iPhone is operating at its peak and performance is normal as far as the role of the battery is concerned. You do not have to worry about replacing your battery until the Maximum Capacity reaches 80% or less.
