Order on hold although my bank have already deducted the money for Apple

Hi! On 13/11 I've made an order for an iPad + pencil. Today, I've already received the pencil but I also got an email from Apple saying there's a problem with my payment. There should be no problem since my bank already deducted the amount for the iPad but Apple have not claim this amount and on the website when i try to update the payment, it said "Authorization failed. Please verify your card information or choose another card." I've already called the bank and Apple regarding this issue but my order status is still "Waiting for payment". Has anyone experienced the same issue as me before? I will try to update it again tomorrow but until now I hope someone can answer my question. Your help is very much appreciated. Thank you :)
