Help with latest upgrade

After the latest automatic upgrade all of my phone numbers disappeared from my contacts.

How do I get them back?

iPhone 8, iOS 13

What email account did you store them in?

Make sure that account is checked in Settings, Contacts, Accounts.

If you stored them only on the phone then restore the last backup.

iPhone Contacts Issue My saved contacts are no longer showing up when someone calls/texts me. It’s only showing the phone numbers. Numbers keep coming and going on new iPhone (13 Pro Max) My contacts keep disappearing and their numbers show instead of their name. I have tried toggling off contacts on iCloud but it seems to help and then it happens again. really want to solve this as its really annoying. How can I make the names of my contacts stay for good!?
