Safari is a native app from Apple that cannot be deleted. So it must be on your device(s) somewhere.

Search thru all your apps and try to locate it. Once you locate it, the app can be moved to a more convenient location.


You can also pull downward while on your Home Screen (of either device) and type Safari into the search field. It should appear in the search results.
